Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK seeks a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Emergency Department. This full-time role provides night shifts (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends and holidays, in a 25-bed Critical Access setting.

Qualifications require RN licensure, ACLS/BLS certifications, and a commitment to safe, high-quality care. We offer a $10,000 sign-on for new grads and up to $15,000 for experienced nurses, plus Mercy benefits for staff working 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure as required.
• None required; six months of LPN/RN experience preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications will be provided or required within the orientation period.
