Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year FT or 3 years PT acute care experience.
• Adheres to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Maintains BLS certification.
• Maintains unit-specific ARC/AHA certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Provide safe, competent nursing care in line with policies and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision.
• Interact with hospital staff regarding patient care and resolutions.
• May work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and on-call status.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
