Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care across medical/surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
• Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with hospital departments.
• Engage in weekend/holiday/evening/night/on-call coverage as needed.
