Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years full-time RN or three years part-time RN experience in acute care setting.
• Availability to work one full weekend per month.
• Availability to work one full holiday (as recognized by STHS).
• Must comply with the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgery.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and guidance to the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Interact with staff and ancillary departments to resolve patient care concerns.
• May require weekend, holiday, evening, night, or on-call work as needed.
