Qualifications

• Texas RN license (or compact state); BSN preferred.
• Current BLS; ARC/AHA healthcare provider certifications as required.
• Associate/Bachelors/Diploma in Nursing per education clause.
• 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• Commitment to compliance program and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for patients with medical or surgical needs.
• Provide professional leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and departments to resolve patient care issues.
• Support weekend/holiday/evening/night/on-call shifts as needed.
• DemonstrateService Excellence in all interactions.
