Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgery.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, guide, and evaluate nursing care per policies and philosophy.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision; interact with hospital staff and departments.
• Occasionally work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, or on-call as required.
