Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's St. Luke's Health-The Vintage Hospital in Northwest Houston is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient journey.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Qualified candidates hold an ASN, have at least 1 year of RN experience, and possess BLS; ACLS and PALS must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

Associate's of Science in Nursing (ASN).
At least 1 year of RN experience.
Texas RN license upon hire.
BLS/CPR required within 14 days.
ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Assess patient condition on admission and during stay.
Design and document plan of care and daily goals; coordinate transitions of care.
Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; communicate changes to team.
Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
Give/receive bedside shift reports for continuity of care.
