Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• ACLS certification obtained within 30 days of start date.
• ENPC certification obtained within 18 months.
• PALS certification obtained within 30 days.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention or SAMI/ Aggression management training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with the care team.
• Document care in the patient record timely and accurately.
• Advocate for patients families and ensure compassionate care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
