Qualifications

• RN license required.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain and administer care as ordered.
• Document care promptly in the medical record.
• Provide patient and family education and advocacy.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate care.
