Qualifications

• RN license required and active in Texas or ability to obtain.
• Associates degree or higher in nursing with clinical experience.
• ACLS/PALS or equivalent certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regularly and promote pain management.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients/families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Translate medical terminology for patient understanding and self-management.
