Covington Hospital is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative to support the Emergency Center. You will manage front desk operations, register patients, and collect demographic and billing information while maintaining confidentiality and compassionate service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years in a PSR role within hospital settings, with experience in ER registration, admitting, and scheduling preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of PSR experience in a Hospital/ER/Clinic setting.
• Experience with medical registration, admitting and ER scheduling preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and guests with a cheerful demeanor and collect demographic information.
• Handle billing-related details, including co-pays and account balances; perform daily reconciliations.
• Maintain cleanliness and welcoming environment; support office operations and phone inquiries.
