Responsibilities

• Greet patients or guests and address requests.
• Maintain a professional appearance in dress, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Document financial arrangements in patient accounts and notify managers of problem accounts.
• Direct patients to proper destinations and be familiar with hospital layout.
• Uphold patient care service standards and ensure patient needs are prioritized.
• Be able to work across Inpatient, Outpatient, Bed Board, and Emergency Room areas.
