The role requires state RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and English fluency, with experience in emergency nursing. The position is full-time and on-site at our Texas facilities, with a shift pattern corresponding to the ER schedule.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• 2+ years ER or comparable nursing experience
• Fluent English communication in written and verbal form

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and direct patient care in the ER setting.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Follow physician orders and hospital policies.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures as required.
