Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. in El Paso, TX seeks a highly skilled ER Registered Nurse for a swing shift in a 23-bed small-format hospital. You will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room, ensuring rapid, evidence-based responses and patient safety.

You will document thoroughly, follow physician orders, perform admissions and transfers, and maintain infection control standards. Requires current RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; English

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions required.
• 2+ years ER RN experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; ENPC may substitute for PALS; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Follow physician orders and assist with procedures and transfers.
• Maintain patient privacy and infection control standards.
