Job summary

SignatureCare Emergency Center in Garland, TX seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department.

You will assess, plan, and implement care for diverse age groups, collaborate with physicians, and document actions while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires a Texas RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications; flexibility for rounds and shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians on care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Document all patient care activities.
• Coordinate labs and imaging.
• Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies and clinical changes.
• Maintain flexibility for holidays/weekends.
