Job summary

ProCare Lakewood Emergency is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate with physicians, deliver treatments, administer medications, and monitor patients for changes in condition.

The ideal candidate holds Texas RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC, and at least 1 year of ER experience. This on-site role offers a dynamic team environment and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience.
• Knowledge of infection control and EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform triage and initial assessments.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Monitor vitals and respond to life-threatening emergencies.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff.
