Job summary

Signaturecare Emergency Center Master is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Garland, TX ED. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care with physicians, and ensure safe, compassionate treatment across all ages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include TX RN license, 2+ years ER experience, current BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC, and strong communication. TNCC/CEN are preferred but not required. Candidates must be flexible and team-oriented, with solid critical-thinking skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency room experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC certification.
• TNCC and CEN preferred but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible and service-oriented.
• Problem-solving abilities with rapid decision-making (critical-thinking).

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Assess patient acuity and assign triage levels.
• Identify and prioritize patient needs in an organized, timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan the appropriate care.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and anticipate patient needs.
• Ensure high-quality and compassionate patient care.
• Coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments for timely ED flow.
• Maintain patient safety and adapt to changing volumes.
• Document accurately in patient charts and PHI protections.
