Signaturecare-Emergency-Center in Killeen, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. The RN will assess, document, and maintain the plan of care for ED patients, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, Texas RN license, 2+ years ER experience, current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or higher required.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Minimum 2 years emergency room experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC (TNCC/CEN preferred but not required).
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Must be flexible and service-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assess acuity and triage levels.
• Identify needs and prioritize care.
• Collaborate with physicians on plan of care.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
• Coordinate tests and treatments for timely care.
• Support patient flow and unit operations.
• Document accurately in patient charts.
• Delegate to Radiology tech, registration, and EMT-Paramedic.
• Perform daily lab checks and QA.
• May work holidays and weekends.
