Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing.
- Current Texas RN licensure in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care per nursing principles.
- Conduct assessments, plan, implement and evaluate care with care team.
- Perform triage and stabilize life-threatening conditions.
- Administer medications as ordered and document in medical record.
- Provide IV therapy, EKG and monitoring.
- Assist physicians during exams, procedures and treatments.
- Communicate findings to healthcare providers and care team.
