Job summary
ProCare Preston Hollow Emergency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for emergency department coverage. You will perform nursing assessments, triage patients, stabilize life-threatening conditions and collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely, high‑quality care.
The role requires active Texas RN licensure, BLS and ACLS/PALS or ENPC, with at least 1 year of ER experience. You will document patient data, administer medications, and participate in ongoing education as
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing.
- Current Texas RN licensure in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care per nursing principles.
- Conduct assessments, plan, implement and evaluate care with care team.
- Perform triage and stabilize life-threatening conditions.
- Administer medications as ordered and document in medical record.
- Provide IV therapy, EKG and monitoring.
- Assist physicians during exams, procedures and treatments.
- Communicate findings to healthcare providers and care team.
