Job summary

SignatureCare Emergency Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ED in Bryan, Texas. The RN will assess, organize, modify, evaluate, document, and maintain the plan of care for Emergency Department patients.

Provides holistic, family-centered, and safe care across all ages, from infants to geriatrics, while ensuring quality and guest relations. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher and a current Texas RN license, with at least 2 years of ER experience.

Qualifications

• RN with Texas license is required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC (TNCC/CEN preferred but not required).
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be flexible and service-oriented.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and immediate intervention abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient acuity and assign triage levels.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee lab tests and diagnostic tests coordination.
• Document accurately in patient records and maintain PHI privacy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Participate in patient flow and unit problem-solving.
• Adhere to OSHA and facility policy; manage supplies and inventory.
