Job summary

SignatureCare Emergency Center is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to assess, organize, modify, evaluate, and maintain the care plan for Emergency Department patients in Texas. The RN will contribute to safe, holistic care while maintaining confidentiality and high patient satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years ER experience, Texas RN license, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC certifications. TNCC/CEN preferred. Join a fast-paced team and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Registered Nurse with current Texas license.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency room experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, or ENPC (TNCC and CEN preferred but not required).
• Strong skills in both oral and written format.
• Must be flexible and service-oriented.
• Problem-solving abilities with the ability to intervene immediately and awareness of changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient acuity and assign triage levels.
• Collaborate with physicians to provide the plan of care.
• Deliver care with high-level customer service and compassion.
• Oversee patient care, coordinate tests and treatments for timely care.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality and document accurately.
• Perform daily lab and equipment checks and report discrepancies.
