You will advocate for patients and families, document care promptly, and provide education on conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.

Qualifikationen

• ACLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS within required timeframes.
• RN license and degree as required.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess after interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or functions as ordered by providers and document care.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups.
• Educate on non-medicinal follow-up measures like diet and exercise for self-management.

Ausbildung

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year

Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) / PALS within 90 days

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months

RN - Registered Nurse

ADN / BSN or RN Diploma
