Qualifications

• Assess pain regularly and manage pain with reassessments.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients about conditions, treatments, meds and side effects.
• Instruct on lifestyle changes and follow-up measures for self-management.
