HCA Healthcare’s Methodist ER New Braunfels is seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting, with robust staffing support and access to advanced technology.

In collaboration with medical providers and the care team, you’ll educate patients and families, perform necessary procedures, and ensure timely documentation to support excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 90 days preferred
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date
• TNCC required within 1 year of start date
• RN license in good standing
• PALS or ENPC required within 90 days of start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start date

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess pain regularly and promote effective pain management with timely reassessments.
• Document care in patient records accurately and promptly.
• Teach patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up.
