Job summary

Health & Wellness Hospital in Texas seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room on nights (7pm-7am). The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering total nursing care, with effective coordination across shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program graduate, Texas RN license or compact eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS. ER experience and ESI triage familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas or eligible for compact licensure.
• BSN degree or enrollment within 3 years of hire.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Center experience.
• ESI triage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement or delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care.
• Direct patient care for a group of patients and coordinate with other shifts/departments for continuity of care.

Education

RN license (TX) or Compact

BSN degree or enrolled within 3 years

TNCC certification

BLS/ACLS/PALS certification

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
