Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Georgia is seeking an RN Emergency Dept Flow Coordinator for full-time night shifts. This role supports ED operations in a 38-bed unit that handles about 160 visits daily, with thrombolytic intervention capability and access to helicopter transport.

The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, leads the care team, documents in patient records, and collaborates with ED providers to improve throughput and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collect data on health history.
• Organize data into a care plan and identify outcomes.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support staff.
• Document patient care and concerns in the patient record.
• Communicate issues to Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, or physician.
