Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking an RN Emergency Dept Flow Coordinator for the Night shift in a busy 38-bed ED averaging 160 patients daily. The role supports patient flow, coordinates care with ED staff, and ensures ACLS/PALS and BLS compliance with a sign-on bonus up to $15K.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, communication, and the ability to perform under pressure while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Georgia RN license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NIH preferred.
• 1 year ED RN experience and quality/process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ED staff and providers.
• Document care and communicate concerns to Charge Nurse/Manager.
• Oversee activities of ancillary and support team members.
