Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Dept Flow Coordinator RN for the South Campus ED in Snellville, GA. This full-time night role supports patient throughput, directs ED staff, and interfaces with MDs to streamline care.

Qualified RNs with ED flow experience and stroke-related knowledge are encouraged to apply. Sign-on bonus available up to $15,000. Competitive benefits and total rewards apply.

Competenze

• RN with active Georgia licensure and required certifications.
• Experience in ED patient flow and coordination strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of stroke assessment, education, and performance measures.

Mansioni

• Direct and prioritize patient flow within the ED to optimize throughput.
• Serve as single point of contact for MDs and other providers to minimize interruptions.
• Coordinate bed placement, admissions, and transfers with Bed Control.
• Monitor room availability, tracking boards, and ED census.
• Ensure orders, labs, imaging, and pharmacy are coordinated.
• Triages EMS arrivals and maintains pod guidelines and staffing balance.
