Job summary

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department as a Flow Coordinator on the night shift. This role focuses on optimizing patient flow from triage through discharge, coordinating care with ED staff and physicians to improve throughput and patient experience.

Requirements include one year of Emergency Department nursing, Georgia RN licensure, and ACLS/PALS/BCLS certifications. A sign-on bonus up to $15K is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Emergency Department experience, RN required.
• Experience leading quality and process improvement projects.
• GA State RN licensure required (or NLC/eNCL multistate).
• ACLS, PALS, and BCLS required.
• CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient care with ED staff and ancillary teams.
• Oversee patient data and outcomes in the care plan.
• Communicate effectively with Charge RN, doctors and patients.
• Document care in patient records.
