Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and document accordingly.
• Assess patient needs and adapt care plans per unit demands.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor effects.
• Delegate tasks to team members to manage clinical situations.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and self-care.
• Coordinate throughput and transfers to optimize patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
