Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Texas or Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments with monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers and address learning needs.
