Medical City Arlington is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in the Emergency Department on the night shift. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across multiple units, perform assessments, care planning, and implement evidence-based interventions while remaining flexible and collaborative.

Prior ER or critical care experience is preferred; ACLS/BLS certifications must be obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate degree, or bachelors degree
• 1+ years of critical care experience preferred
• 2 + Years ED Experience preferred

Responsabilités

• As a Float Pool RN in the Emergency Department, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and critical healthcare needs.
• RN is responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation of evidence-based interventions, and evaluation of outcomes while demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and excellent clinical decision-making.
• Charge nurse responsibilities may be assumed as needed.
