Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform arrival and registration for ED patients, including bed-side registrations.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and collect payments as needed.
• Follow EMTALA regulations for ED registration and co-payments.
• Input patient information into computer systems and prepare accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with clinical staff across departments.
