You will troubleshoot issues, manage the life cycle of equity swaps, liaise with multiple departments, and help deliver efficient, compliant operations with a focus on risk controls and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in client service derivative operations and trade life cycle.
• Experience detecting fraudulent transactions to protect clients and the institution.
• Ability to liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with technical standards and organizational policies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating change management and strategic communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage risk & controls related to the life cycle of equity swaps.
• Deliver comprehensive client service by troubleshooting issues and protecting against financial and reputational damage.
• Service client needs using market product knowledge while maintaining awareness of industry practices.
• Optimize service delivery by implementing process automation initiatives and building strong client relationships.
• Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis and managing fails effectively.
• Manage swap lifecycle cashflows and support clients in their reconciliation queries.
