Job summary

USP in Rockville, MD is seeking an Associate Program Analyst to partner with the Equity Office and the Director to translate strategy into action. You will coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, conduct research, and support communications, data analysis, and governance for Equity Office programs.

You will help develop learning experiences, draft materials, manage SharePoint and knowledge resources, and identify process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and participant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, project management, communications, research, organizational development, employee engagement, or related area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate information to diverse audiences.
• Experience using Qualtrics or similar survey platforms to create surveys and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret program, survey, and engagement data.
• Maintain program dashboards, evaluation measures, and performance tracking systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver learning experiences, workshops, and engagement programs.
• Draft and maintain communications, presentations, reports, web content, and program materials.
• Coordinate event logistics and communications to support learning experiences.
• Coordinate operational activities for program implementation including contracts and purchasing.
• Manage Equity Office SharePoint site and knowledge resources.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, workflows, and participant experiences.
