Job summary

The United States Pharmacopeial Convention / USP in Rockville seeks an Associate Program Analyst to partner with the Equity Office, translating strategic priorities into action through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis.

You’ll collect and interpret program data, maintain dashboards, prepare reports, develop learning experiences, draft communications, and support operations, contracts, and knowledge management while collaborating with diverse internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination or related area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate information to diverse audiences.
• Experience using Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites, digital collaboration platforms, or knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret program, survey, and engagement data.
• Maintain program dashboards, evaluation measures, and performance tracking systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that communicate program outcomes, trends, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Learn and deliver learning experiences, workshops, discussion forums, and engagement programs.
• Draft and maintain communications, presentations, reports, web content, and other program materials.
• Coordinate operational activities including contracts, processing purchase orders and managing receipts.
• Manage Equity Office SharePoint site, digital resources, and knowledge management systems.
• Maintain systems and documentation that support program effectiveness, knowledge management, and reporting.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, workflows, and participant experiences.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
