Job summary

ADE Support Analyst role in New York City requires onsite work five days a week. You will provide front office technology support for Equities trading, middle office, and Compliance teams, handling mission-critical applications on the trading floor with real-time issue resolution.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience supporting mission-critical front office trading applications within Equities.
• Experience with U.S. Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Convertible Bonds.
• Strong understanding of high-touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS platforms, IOI processing, market data, and CTM flows.
• Experience with Tidal or other scheduler systems.
• Experience handling regulatory and compliance-driven requests and inquiries involving Reg NMS, Reg SHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE.
• Proficiency with SQL querying, JIRA for issue tracking, and Microsoft Excel for operational analysis and reporting.
• Computer Science degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct front office technology support to Equities traders, middle office users, and Compliance teams on the trading floor.
• Monitor trading platforms and FIX network connectivity to maintain system stability and availability.
• Diagnose and resolve real-time trading issues, including investigations of compliance-related inquiries.
• Communicate major incidents, business impacts, and resolution status clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders, ensuring tracking and prioritization.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for vendor and internal teams.
• Share end-to-end workflows with Support and QA to improve regression testing and readiness.
• Maintain knowledge base, runbooks, scripts, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate across front office, middle office, compliance, control, Support, QA, vendors, and development.
