Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Finance required.
• Experience in Application IT Support Analyst roles within an Equity Front Office environment.
• Solid knowledge of Equity, Listed options, Equity Derivatives, MTNs, Stock Borrow/Loan, Repo, TRS.
• Familiarity with Electronic Trading platforms, Sales-Trader workflows, trade gateways, intraday risks and P&L.

• Provide Level 1 & 2 functional and technical support for Equity Front Office applications.
• Monitor application performance and incidents, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Partner with Sales/Traders and support functions to ensure smooth operation of trading desks.
• Deliver user training and clear guides to improve adoption and proficiency.
• Uphold internal policies and industry best practices.
