Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in trade floor or related support with Front Office trading systems.
• Experience in supporting Equity Derivatives and related lifecycle; other Derivatives possible.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of application support for Front Office Equity Derivatives platforms.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Trading and Risk applications in real-time.
• Collaborate with development teams on requirements gathering and systems development.
• Support End-Of-Day processes for a complex Risk system and coordinate with regional teams.
• Take ownership of problems and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Record incidents, releases, and manage problems using ServiceNow.
