Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Material Coordinator to oversee the movement, accountability, and documentation of Army equipment at a contractor-managed turn-in site. You will coordinate receipt, staging, and storage while ensuring compliance with Army regulations and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s in Logistics or related field is a plus.
• 3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
• Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
• Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
• Track status of turn-ins from initial receipt through final disposition.
• Support high-volume turn-in operations by managing workflow and resource allocation.
• Review and validate supply documents and ensure data entry into Army systems.
