Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Material Coordinator to manage the movement, accountability, and documentation of Army equipment at a contractor-managed turn-in site. You will coordinate receipt, staging, and disposition while ensuring compliance with Army regulations and contract requirements.

You will work with supply, warehousing, and transportation teams to keep records current, validate documents, and enter data into GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
• Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
• Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
• Track status of turn-ins from initial receipt through final disposition.
• Support high-volume, mass turn-in operations by managing workflow and resource allocation.
• Review and validate supply documents such as DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and condition codes.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
