Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; logistics coursework encouraged but not required.
• 2–4 years of logistics, supply, or warehousing experience (Army contractor or SSA operations preferred).
• Experience with Army turn-in or material coordination is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Army regulations and logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Basic knowledge of Army condition codes and accountability standards.

Responsibilities

• Expedite movement of vehicles, equipment, and repair parts from receiving to inspection and warehousing.
• Prioritize items requiring immediate attention or special handling (hazardous, sensitive, or controlled).
• Ensure proper staging for inspection, accountability, or outbound shipment.
• Verify turn-in documents match items being processed (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200).
• Track movement status in logs or Army systems and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Supply Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, Transportation Coordinators, and Quality Control staff.
• Communicate with Army unit personnel to resolve delays during mass turn-ins.
• Support outbound shipping by ensuring materiel is staged and packaged for loading.
• Contribute to cyclic inventories and property accountability reviews.
