Granite Construction is seeking an entry-level professional to maintain and support information systems for the Equipment department. The role involves hands-on work with SharePoint, asset master files, and configuring new tools to aid field operations.

Strong communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset are essential. The position includes collaboration within Equipment Administration and adherence to regulatory standards while building practical skills in a dynamic construction

Qualificações

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field at a 4-year university.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Some experience with SharePoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Microsoft Visual Studio, and/or .Net is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support the Equipment Department SharePoint site.
• Collaborate with Equipment Administration to maintain asset master files.
• Assist in configuring new applications to support field operations.
• Research user questions and provide feedback to users.
• Convert paper files to electronic format while following regulatory requirements.
