Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a motivated college intern to assist in maintaining and supporting information systems processes for the Equipment department. You will help manage SharePoint sites, asset master files, and application configurations to support field operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and strong communication. Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems undergraduate program, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship while

Qualifications

Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program or a related educational program at an accredited 4 year university
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Some software experience in SharePoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Microsoft Visual Studio, and/or .Net preferred.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site
Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files
Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations
Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users
Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies.
