Job summary

Colas Construction, Inc. seeks an IT Support & Systems Specialist to own frontline IT support and core system administration across office and jobsite operations.

You will work with the IT Director to maintain device lifecycles, access controls, and network connectivity, ensuring secure, reliable user experiences on site and in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong service mindset, clear communication with non-technical users, and the discipline to support a growing construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive IT support or systems administration, preferably in multi-location environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and mobile devices, printers, and imaging/deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day technology requests and resolve tickets for devices, email, VPN, MFA, and accounts.
• Provide first-line support for office and field applications and document issues with clear steps.
• Manage device lifecycle including imaging, deployment, inventory, and replacements.
