Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year university.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.

• Able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Equipment Department SharePoint site and related information systems processes.
• Assist in maintaining asset master files with Equipment Administration.
• Help configure new applications to support field operations.
• Research user questions to provide feedback and convert paper files to electronic format in compliance with regulations.
