Job summary

Distribution Management in St. Charles, MO is seeking an Equipment Advisor to drive equipment sales within the distribution management product category.

You will guide internal sales teams and external customers with hardware recommendations and expert product knowledge. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, identify opportunities through data and vendor programs, and support new product rollouts with the manufacturer field team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of direct selling experience preferred.
• Strong sales acumen including negotiation and consultative selling.
• Experience handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales with customers, offering product recommendations to internal teams and external clients.
• Serve as the lead product knowledge expert and primary contact for the manufacturer field team, supporting new product rollouts.
• Identify opportunities through data analysis, vendor programs, and competitive research, collaborating with Advisors on hardware opportunities.
• Educate customers and internal teams on product categories, specials, and manufacturing programs.
• Support operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
