Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Product Support Specialist - CE Equipment) to build relationships with customers across your territory, solving problems and delivering value daily.

This is a full-time role with strong earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package. You will promote maintenance services, parts, and warranties, while learning product knowledge and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers across your assigned territory to support their operational success.
• Drive Product Support Sales: Promote and sell maintenance services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other solutions that maximize customer uptime.
• Deliver Customer Solutions: Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations backed by a solid understanding of products and services.
• Stay Informed: Represent the company on-site, including occasionally testing or operating equipment as needed to support customer needs.
• Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with internal teams, participate in meetings and training, and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate, build trust, and effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
• Technical & Product Aptitude: Willingness and ability to learn product knowledge and basic technical information to support customer solutions.
• Customer Service Mindset: A commitment to delivering excellent service and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Professionalism & Teamwork: Ability to represent the company positively while maintaining strong working relationships with peers and leadership.
• Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
