Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in parts and service in a similar industry.
• 1+ years' experience using a CMMS system.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager with scheduling, complete paperwork for work orders and machine documentation.
• Open and maintain work-orders and purchase-orders in RentalMan and OnBase.
• Order shop supplies and PPE; communicate with vendors via phone and email.
• Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and assist with annual warehouse audit.
• Maintain warehouse order and assist with billing and payroll verification.
