Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing parts and material shipments for customer orders and internal needs.
• Verify items, quantities, and documentation before shipment.
• Package, label, and stage materials for carrier pickup.
• Generate shipping documentation and maintain shipment records.
• Coordinate pickup schedules with freight carriers and shipping providers.
• Provide tracking information and shipment updates as needed.
• Identify and communicate issues that could delay shipment or order fulfillment.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify deliveries against packing slips and documentation.
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Update inventory and receiving records electronically.
• Stage parts and materials for upcoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through system transactions.
